The Reading Room is the main attraction; offers scads of online texts on topics that you may have trouble finding elsewhere on the Web: "Full-Time Dads," "Single Parenting in the Nineties," and "The Stepfamily Association of Illinois" are all newsletters that have gone online courtesy of ParentsPlace.com. While some of the information here is better-presented elsewhere on the 'net, you will find some useful stuff. Worth a visit.

There is usually a pretty lively discussion going on pertaining to many different parenting issues. Great entertainment for those middle-of-the-night feedings, but far inferior in quality and realtime chat "feel" to the chat room currently on Fit For 2's site - but there is no waiting for this one!
