The Web site is managed by the National Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition (HMHB) with support from the CarMax Foundation; the site is part of an effort to expand HMHB's work on occupant-protection issues. The Web site's resources page contains links to federal recommendations, a list of recalled products, videotape demonstrations for parents, a database of state laws, state-by-state reports of crashes involving children, creative resources for teachers, and more. The site is intended for use by families, health professionals, and policymakers in their efforts to save lives and prevent injury through booster seat safety education and advocacy. The Web site is available at http://www.boostkids.org. **RECIPE OF THE MONTH Bring some guilt-free chocolate into your life this Valentine's Day! You can indulge in this yummy chocolate fondue anytime just be sure to add some healthy dippers such as fresh fruit and pretzel rods! Sugar-free Chocolate Fondue Ingredients 2/3 cup dry unsweetened cocoa 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 cup skim milk 1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract 1/2 cup granulated white Sugar Twin (sugar substitute) Instructions In a heavy saucepan, combine cocoa, cinnamon and milk; stir or whisk until there are no dry lumps of cocoa. Stir and cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat; boil gently, stirring often for 5 minutes or until mixture is thick and smooth. Cool slightly. Stir in vanilla and Sugar Twin. Pour into a small enameled fondue pot or heat-proof ceramic bowl. Serve with an assortment of fresh strawberries, pineapple, apple slices, sliced bananas, angel food cake, and marshmallows.
